Capes are special mantles received upon promotion. They grant bonuses to all stats except Speed and Jump (except for Viceroy and above capes starting from Battle of Yi Ling scenario). The color and design of your cape depends on the faction you serve under and the scenario currently in effect(see pictures below). Different scenarios have different kinds of capes you will only gain the capes of the current scenario (ie. You can't get a Guan Du cape during Tong Gate from promotion quests). Capes can't be dyed and can't have elemental resistance. Unlike gears these are not gender restricted though to find in the Broker you must not have a gender picked.

As mentioned above capes are gained from doing promotion tests when you reach the required amount of honor the ranks are as follows
