To complete this quest you have to capture 6 bases and kill at least 600 soldiers within the time limit. After reaching the goals you can still continue to kill soldiers until the time runs out.
TIP: Due to the two barricades in the south passage between bases 3 and 7 it is usually better to take the longer northern route between them.
The northern expanse between base 2 and the supply base is probably the best area to farm K.O.s due to the combination of it being a completely open area densely populated by enemies.
